Has anyone got one of these poles? I've just got one, comes with 1 power top 4 and 3 x power top 2's as extras. The power top 2's are too big for the no 3 section supplied in the main pole, they go in in at least 12 inches. That can't be right can it. Conversely the match kit in the pole is too small to fit on the no 3 supplied in in the power top 4 kit. The power no 4 does fit on the no 5 of the main pole. Am I missing something?

Seems like something odd is going on Mark, I remember something similar with the Preston CM 80 (I think?) The powers had to be used with the dedicated number 4 section so were not interchangeable, I should take it back to the shop and get a refund.

Ebay wouldn't play ball ;D ;D. However MAP customer services have been brilliant. Their product manager Mark Haywood called me to explain the Muscle configuration. The power kits have to be used on the power 4 kit, which in turn fits on the main pole no 5 It's an unusual configuration and I couldn't get my head around it at first, but now it makes perfect sense. It's very stiff & well balanced & bargain. This is a £999 pole but Fishermans Freind are doing them for only £549, comes at 16m, with power top 4 kit, 3 x power top 2's, 1x half ex elbow strike ext, spare no 1 sec and a superb quality holdall. Just got to get mine laggied up & on the bank ;D ;D

Will it be having it's 1st outing on saturday Mark? Probably not now Pete. I was all set to elasticate on Sunday just gone, When I was convinced I was missing some sections or I'd got the wrong top kits. 16M of Garbolino Prodigy will be in use on Sat I hope I don't hook any zoo creatures ;D ;D Any way isn't it a method job?
