Vinny you have to pump them at least three times to get them to sink. There are also two new sizes which are out this week.

Steve what is the dipperence between the cold water pellets and the originals? Seen them but just sticking to the normal ones as they seem to work.

I,ve used the 3 ml now on 2 matches and on a couple of pleasure sessions targeting skimmers from 3oz to 1lb+, only to find that the better bream and odd carp also seem to enjoy em to. Obviously these pellet are designed for the colder weather conditions we,re experiencing right now and so its not impossible to land those bonus fish on lighter rigs which generally for me would be 5s laccy, 4x12 or 4x14 float, 0.9 sraight through to a 20s 808 or even a 20s canal seed barbless. I would like to mention that these pellets absorb a lot of water, I use twice as much water as pellet and as Steve has already said pump em well and dont let em dry out.

I have been using the pellets for the last month or so with some good results I even had 47lb of small Ide and skimmers in one match ;D I give them a few goes through the pump until they all sink, then leave them in the fridge over night covered in water On match day I strain the water out and bag them, get to the match and cover them back up with water I don't have any trouble with the pellets splitting and they stay on the hook well all through the match I have even fridged them again and used them a few days later You do need a good pump though In the shop we have nicknamed the pumps with the pump on the side 'boomerangs' as they come back the next day, they are crap

I caught a 8lb jack pike on them over Xmas !!! They do need pumping well though - give them a gentle squeeze before you feed any this helps them sink.

When youv'e pumped them give them a really good shake before you let the air out, repeat this three times. They should sink..Dont forget if you get a few floaters don't worry pick these out,use these to your advantage, on the hook after a gentle squeeze, the hook should help sink them.Neutral boyant hookers deadly!!!
