To all Intersite Match Organisers:
I`ve received official confirmation that Matchangler.com will unfortunately NOT be taking part this year due to commitments and a heavy work load already for their admin/organisers.
Can you please set aside 40 pegs for the Intersite only. There are a couple of venues where the organisers are booking 60-70 pegs and while I applaud that is there any chance you could peg the 40 involved in the main match together?? I`ve received a couple of PMs and mails from various people on different sites raising a small concern. They point out that if , say a TF team member draws between two TF lads that aren`t in the main match , they could be at an advantage.
To all Team Captains:
I have in my possession the mailing address of the respective match organisers to send the cheques.I would ask team captains to collect their fees then send 1 payment to cover the team.
GeoffP (Western Intersite) would like payment by April 1st @ £80 per team
Stu (Midlands Intersite) would like payment by April 1st @ £80 per team
Not sure on the others as I cant access my saved emails due to the account going `tits up`.
I think most will work out to £80 per team of ten which breaks down to £6 peg fee and £2 trophy fund. This will cover 1st , 2nd , 3rd place trophies and a team shield per round. That leaves a few quid over to get a shield for the series winners to be presented to the winning team at Barston in September.
Any pools are to be decided by the organiser as the Intersite Series is getting back to the fun element thus omitting compulsory pools.
I think that covers just about everything for now.
Be Lucky
Dave
