If you are between 8 and 16 and in the Midlands area, why not come and join a great junior set up. We have 40 members from the ages of 8 - 16 and fish regular matches (team and club) - we are based at Packington fisheries near Meriden but fish many different venues around the midlands, All standards are welcome and juniors are put into different sections - beginner and intermediate and advanced so they all have a change of winning their sections. We have club sponsorship and fish for trophies and tackle prizes but most of all we fish for fun. We have PAA coaches and staff are all police checked and members are fully insured.
If you would like more details and information on the club, call Fred Pear on 0121 688 1297.

I've heard all about it , got a Godson who's 8 in september and his birthday present will be years membership with you . How much does it cost etc ?. Had a walk around there last week, nice to see so many young ones on the bank mate a few seemed to be catching well too. The future of angling has to be about bringing the youth of today through so its grand to see some people actually doing it ;D. Do you fish all the year round as it might be a bit hard for an 8 year old ?

PBAC glad you liked what you saw, its 7.50 to join that gives them full insurance and plenty of freebies over the year. We have a spring, summer and winter league as well as having coaching days but tend to stop at the end of november until the end of march. As a co-organiser and bailiff down at Packington i know the kids will have great fishing in safe pleasant surroundings, for more info ring the fishery on 01676 523833 ask for Steve or ring Fred on the above number. Look forward to seeing you and your godson

Matttttt, sorry we have no matches over Dudley at the moment but you never know what may happen. If you could get over to Packington, its about 6 miles from junction 4 off the M6 motorway, it would be nice to see you even if you could just make the odd match
